I have not received my ticket?

Tickets are processed by our trading partner Helm Tickets and held within the account you signed up with when making the purchase. They will have also been emailed directly to you once the payment was made using the email address you signed up with. Please make sure you check that account and any Spam filters that may be in use.

You can also access your ticket at any time by visiting the website: https://helmtickets.com and Login to your account.
